So it's been a good month here at Paulville. So far I've sold more t-shirts then any other month. And for the first time, I've had returns. No biggie, a couple exchanges for different sizes and a couple that just didn't fit. Of the 4 returns though, all 4 emailed me to ask what the policy was. I guess that means I should add it to the site. After researching a little bit thanks to the shopify blog, I realized I also should have a Privacy Policy as well as a Size Chart. A FAQ page would be an ideal way to take care of all 3 of those things. I'll have my IT guy get on it ASAP. Meanwhile here's the Return Policy...
Any item can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt.
